Post Covid-19 Assessment and Rehabilitation 

I take referrals from professionals to provide psychological and neuropsychological assessment of ongoing difficulties following Covid-19.  Together with the patient I then design a bespoke rehabilitation plan and make arrangements to support its management. Rehabilitation works best by making use of local facilities therefore I can co-ordinate Case Management of the rehabilitation programme as required.

After the acute phase of Covid-19, people who have been severely ill often continue to suffer a range of significant physical and psychological changes which compromise their recovery in different ways and to varying degrees. Some people are facing damage or dysfunction in more that one major system. People who have had milder illness sometimes go on to suffer low level infection long after apparent recovery (Long Covid). They too can have one or more recurring and debilitating symptoms that can often be triggered by inadequate rest, sleep and emotional dysregulation.  

Neuropsychological Assessment is included where there is suspected neurological dysfunction. This approach interprets the results of cognitive tests within the context of a person's mental state and post-Covid physical disadvantage and psychological adjustment. 
The overall assessment profile for each person provides the baseline from which the rehabilitation programme
can proceed. It also provides cognitive data on the short- and long-term sequelae of Covid-19.

This service is offered either on-line or face to face with social distancing.

Supervision and Mentoring for Therapists, Coaches and Team Leaders

I provide one-to-one and group supervision in London and the South Midlands. This can be at your own place of work, my central London office or virtually. 

Through dialogue and reflection, you will be given the support to connect more fully with your client and so develop richer formulations and interventions. In order for you to create an effective relationship with your client I provide space and guidance for you to connect with your own internal responses and with those that emerge between you and your client.

I am qualified to supervise a wide range of psycho-social models including behavioural; cognitive; emotional, analytical; experiential; body focused; solution focused; interpersonal and relational; systemic; non-verbal; physiological/somatic, neuropsychological and existential models. I also support you in finding how best to integrate these in a sensitive and effective way.

Sustainable working is about creating and maintaining well-being without compromising performance and growth.  It is a working environment where people can thrive, nature is protected and businesses or organisations excel. Health and well-being in all three domains is not mutuality exclusive. 

I coach, train and support those wishing to move towards more sustainable ways of working. I provide group and team coaching and training using models and techniques from systems and relational models. This enables the creation of aware and healthy organisations - happy, agile organisations need happy, agile people. 

With this holistic and systemic intent, I work to encourage positive relationships. I support the shift towards inclusive and collaborative ways of working so that organisations can gain from enabling people to fulfill their potential, enjoy work and maintain their well being.  

Coaching and training is bespoke. It is delivered on or off site, from a one-off session (full- or half-day) to a series of sessions as required.
